Business Performance Management System

Corporate ERP system

We are meeting our Customer’s needs in the robust and scalable ERP system by offering implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We are working according to the proved implementation methodology with the following core steps:

  • Business key user’s interviews based on predefined set of questionnaires to document business processes, information flows, accounting and controlling principals and requirements
  • Configuring and setting the test model within the standard functionality. The prototype presentation to the business users to reveal all gaps between standard functionality and business requirements (gaps analysis).
  • Proposals and get customer’s approvals on enhancements. Enhancements programming and acceptance testing.
  • Customer integration testing of the prototypes to close all gaps and requirements.
  • parameters and enhancements transfer into production system. Initial data and balances import and verification.
  • Key users and end users training.
